As a therapist that specializes in treating anxiety, depression and complex trauma in individuals and youth, my goal is to support you in overcoming barriers that are weighing you down and holding you back from being your best self. You may be struggling with constantly worrying over small things, withdrawing from others, and having difficulty functioning like you used to. My clients often report feeling like themselves again after going through therapy and finding more enjoyment in day to day life. I can support you or your child by providing a safe space to process feelings of worry, sadness and fear. Additionally, we will explore what thoughts and behaviors are holding you back from feeling your best and reaching your goals. Finally, we may also explore how to engage in self-care, set healthy boundaries, and process unhealthy relationship dynamics.
