I believe in treating the whole person (mind, body, and soul) to achieve optimum wellness. Empowerment comes from within; however, I do understand how stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, and trauma can keep it dormant. My approach is to collaborate with you in a safe and welcoming environment to identify root causes, life stressors, barriers, and developing healthy tools to overcome identified issues. What I've learned in my 19 years working in mental health is that people want to share their story to whom will listen. I want to hear your story and go on your journey of healing and help restore you back to wholeness. I take an integrative, person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to the Individual or couples needs. I am solution-focused and believe in a collaborative approach to help increase self-awareness and self-empowerment to restore wholeness in one's life. Depending on the request, I also utilize a faith-based approach as an intervention.
