I have many years of experience in therapy. I'm licensed in Florida, Mississippi, & Tennessee; seeing individual adults virtually/statewide. Telehealth is an amazing & convenient resource! Counseling is helpful for depression, anxiety, & other life stressors. Many people have personal struggles with: grief, relationship problems, communication, divorce, childhood & adult traumas, social issues, health issues, and job/school performance. Pregnancy, adoption, parenting, or becoming a caregiver for an elderly or ill family member can also be overwhelming.
