About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I have been working as a therapist since 2019. I am honored that you are considering me to help you navigate life's challenges. I received my Master's degree from Asbury Theological Seminary's Florida campus, led by Dr. Florida Dunnam. I have experience helping others through anxiety, depression, and trauma to find healing and improved quality of life. We will begin with introductions so you can feel confident and comfortable in working with me as your therapist. Together, we will review concerns and challenges outlined in the intake form and collaboratively design a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
