Working from an attachment theory lens, I provide strategic, practical, and holistic support while facilitating a deeper journey inward that gets to the core issues. I integrate emotionally focused therapy (EFT), CBT, and attachment theory with client-centered therapy. Together, we will work towards growth, self-awareness, insight, and change.
