Life with mental illness is not easy. Often, clients will focus on what is going wrong with their lives, which can cause them to feel self-defeated, empty, and alone. The model of therapy I use offers my clients the skills to look at their lives differently and break out of dysfunctional cycles to achieve an individual state of peace. My toolbox consists of humor, reality, holistic, spirituality, and mindfulness. I also provide counseling services directed towards individuals with maladaptive behaviors and trauma. CBT, hypnotherapy, and EMDR allows my clients to find their voice, purpose, freedom and healing. I teach my clients to importance of grounding and self-regulation by providing insight and self-awareness of self. There is more to you than you know!
