Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and I commend you for being here. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re just trying to meet our basic needs while navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional pian. I understand how difficult it can be to find balance and prioritize your mental health, especially when each day can feel so different. Some days are filled with hope, while others feel nearly impossible. My role as your therapist is not to offer a perfect life, but to help you develop the tools and resilience to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I specialize in working with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, older adults, veterans, military families and individuals receiving short-term therapy thought Employee Assistance Programs ( EAPs). I use an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, needs and goals.
