Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and I commend you for being here. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re just trying to meet our basic needs while navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional pian. I understand how difficult it can be to find balance and prioritize your mental health, especially when each day can feel so different. Some days are filled with hope, while others feel nearly impossible. My role as your therapist is not to offer a perfect life, but to help you develop the tools and resilience to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. In our first session together, the focus will be on getting to know you, your story, what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. You don't need to prepare anything or have all the answers. This is a space where you can speak freely and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
