I believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the foundation for the positive, meaningful changes that a client makes. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for clients to make sense of their experiences. I have been privileged with supporting adolescents and adults who have experienced or are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood trauma, low-self esteem, and life transitions.
