I specialize in helping teens and college students live good lives! My focus is you–supporting you as you overcome depression, anxiety, and/or trauma; reduce self-harm and suicidal thoughts/behaviors; increase your self-confidence and self-esteem; improve your emotion-regulation and anger-management skills; and maximize your sports or academic performances. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, experience as a former collegiate athlete, and years as a school-based clinician, I am knowledgeable of the challenges youth and young adults face today.
