As a Clinical Psychologist, the major emphasis of my clinical practice is psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I realize every individual is unique and take a very hands approach to working with you. My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, all types of trauma, substance and alcohol abuse, love and sex addiction, cultural diversity and handling life's transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Mindfulness, and Meditation, and use these techniques to supplement the talking therapy. I am personal and get to know you on a deeply professional level and am dedicated to growth and prosperity.
