Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience. I provide individual counseling services to adults in both Florida. Virginia and Indiana through video sessions. I offer weekday, evening and weekend availability. My primary areas of focus include life transitions, grief and anxiety. I believe at its best, counseling allows us to understand and make use of our life experiences to better ourselves, our families and our communities. It is an act of bravery to look inward with another person with the intent of creating change that I am incredibly grateful to be a part of.
