I offer radically authentic and accepting therapy for individuals, queer families, and partnerships of all kinds, including couples. I enjoy working with folks who are navigating PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and attachment insecurity. Through caring curiosity, I work to help folks discover the root causes of unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and find meaningful growth in aligning with the most authentic version of themselves. My approach is grounded in honoring each individual's lived experience, and I find it an honor to support clients on their journeys.
