My practice is centered on helping individuals with trauma, anxiety, and other challenges by using evidence-based EMDR therapy. I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I am a Certified EMDR therapist which means advanced training. I also offer cbt, art therapy, and mindfulness. Available for tele-health therapy via phone and/or video chat. No in person sessions.
