I have immediate availability! I believe in the healing and connective nature of the therapeutic relationship combined with evidence-based practices and techniques. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, interpersonal trauma, grief/loss, co-occurring disorders, identity development, and life transitions. I enjoy supporting adults in deepening their connection to self and others through strengthening self-worth, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ, BIPOC, and adopted/multiracial individuals.
