I enjoy working with professional adults and motivated older adolescents who are struggling with mental disorders and life challenges. I have been working in the mental health field for over 23 years. I specialize in treating ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. I have the dual benefit of historically working in medical, hospital and institutional settings and approaching the practice of psychotherapy from a holistic perspective (mind, body and spirit). I especially enjoy approaching psychotherapy from a Cognitive Behavioral Perspective as well using mindfulness to assist patients who are struggling.
