My goal is to create a safe space for you, to hear you and help you. Reaching out for help can be scary. Change can be hard work. But I am here to partner with you through the process every step of the way. My approach to therapy isn’t one-size fits all. I’m trained in CBT, REBT, and person-centered therapy and the work we do together will be tailored to fit you. I enjoy working with people of all ages and walks of life: kids, elders, veterans, college students, trauma sufferers. Whoever you are, I’m here for you.
