I work mostly with teens and adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand your emotions, develop practical coping tools that align with your lifestyle, and help you reconnect with the best version of yourself. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they learn to manage stress and approach life’s challenges in a more balanced, holistic way.
