Other times, more impactful circumstances arise and you may struggle to cope or function in a familiar way. In therapy, I partner with you as we process your experiences together. Therapy is a useful tool for learning to better understand the self, learning helpful and healthy coping skills, and exploring how we interact with the world around us. For more seasoned clients, my goal is to help mindfully guide you through the process of confronting the issues that may be keeping you stuck.
