I specialize in working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and the overall stressors of life. My approach is rooted in non-judgement, empathy, and belief that understanding one’s emotions and thoughts can improve quality of life. I incorporate practices based in self-compassion, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I have a wide range of experience from working in a hospital with some of the world’s best psychiatrists to running a clinical program at a shelter for homeless youth to workin with expatriates outside of their country of origin.
