With a clinical background in social work, I take time to understand who you are with an understanding that each person’s therapeutic experience is individualized and unique. Making connections from the past can help my clients better understand themselves in the present. It can be difficult to change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, so I use cognitive and mindfulness based therapies to help you with that. My goal is that our clinical work gets you to a place of independence and feeling capable of managing life outside of therapy.
