I offer individual counseling (Ages 13+) to those seeking help managing day to day stress, life transitions, anxiety disorders, ADHD symptoms, and mood disorders. In addition, I offer mental skills training consultations (self-pay) to athletes, coaches, and performers of various ages and levels. My work is centered around improving emotional and mental well-being, performance, and personal enjoyment. My specialized training in counseling and sport psychology allows me to help individuals from various backgrounds and experiences in and outside of sport.
