About
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 12 years of experience helping families and individuals restore healthy sleep. I specialize in pediatric sleep for children birth to 7 years old, while also supporting teens and adults with sleep difficulties. Using a mind-body, developmentally- and relationally-informed approach, I help clients build sustainable sleep skills that improve rest, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning for the whole family. I help families and individuals develop sleep skills that support calm, regulation, and rest. Our work may include down-regulation techniques, mindfulness, anxiety management, rest-promoting habits, practical sleep skills and strategies, relationship support, and connection to nature—so sleep becomes more consistent and restorative.
