As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide psychotherapy to individuals coping with both chronic mental health struggles and difficult life transitions/stressors. I am experienced providing treatment and support to people of all ages managing depression, mood disorders, trauma symptoms, grief and loss, adjustment stressors, parenting issues and relationship and attachment issues. I value the opportunity to support my clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves through process-oriented work in order to grow their ability to practice self-acceptance and self-compassion in place of self-judgement.
