I believe that all my clients have the ability to build the life they want to live, and I work with my patients to identify these goals and move towards them. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, connection to self, gender and sexuality, promoting the ability to handle stress, life changes and relationship concerns. My practice is conveniently located in Penfield. I assist my patients in providing a comprehensive initial assessment to identify primary concerns and personal goals for treatment.
