I personally understand the overwhelming pain and debilitating shame that often accompanies disordered eating, anxiety, depression and disrupted relationships. I also know that recovery is within reach, and I am here to help you get there. My hope is that every individual I am able to support feels connected, validated and has developed coping skills to manage the distress they are experiencing. My true passion was fulfilled when I opened my private practice 12 years ago. I love working with teens and adults who struggle with disordered eating. I have a unique ability to connect, support, and encourage individuals and families as they navigate the often, overwhelming path to wellness.
