I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals ages 16+. I specialize in helping people who are coping with anxiety, depression, struggles with life changes, changes in relationships, or who are hoping to explore their identity. I have a special interest in helping clients navigate grief and loss in all forms, including the losses that society may not immediately recognize. I also am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). I enjoy supporting clients in all parts of parenting including coping with struggles with fertility, pregnancy loss, and adjusting to different stages of parenting. Additionally, I have experience supporting and empowering LGBTQIA+ clients.
