Caitlin is an LMHC & yoga instructor who has spent most of her career working with clients who've experienced trauma, mood disorders, & behavioral disorders in a variety of settings. Caitlin has also worked with athletes, teams, and coaches as a Sport & Performance Psychology Coach. Caitlin is passionate about using creative techniques & experiences that align with clients' interests & values to ensure that the therapeutic process is tailored to the individual. She also believes that developing self-awareness, self-compassion, & understanding what fosters joy are key components to assisting clients on their path to wellness.
