I enjoy working with individuals across all stages of life and especially value partnering with those who are motivated to better understand themselves. I have a particular passion for supporting clients through life transitions, whether that be stepping into adulthood, exploring a new career direction, or seeking clarity around their values. I also find deep fulfillment in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, strengthen communication, understand their emotional needs, and build healthier, more authentic connections. In my work, I frequently support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.
