Are you a parent who is struggling to understand the challenges that our children are facing today? Do you wish there was a handbook you could go to for strategies, tools, and answers? Are these challenges creating stress in the home? Are you struggling to find joy and happiness, and just seem to be falling short? My goal is to give you the support, encouragement, and help you have been looking for. I work hard at providing a safe, supportive space where clients can develop the emotional intelligence needed to explore, discover and embrace their authentic selves. I have worked as a mental health professional in the public school system for part of my career, and understand the challenges both parents, children, and families face as we navigate through unprecedented obstacles, within schools, jobs, and families.
