I provide a safe and comfortable place for my clients to express themselves and find a caring and supportive therapist who will come alongside them in their struggles. My clients come in for support around challenges including: sadness and depressed mood, grief and loss, low self confidence, stress or anxiety, medical and health struggles, being a caregiver, relationship troubles, parenting, family and life transitions (examples: divorce, going off to college, beginning a new job, moving) View 6 Photos I also help couples: learn to manage conflicts and stop the negative cycles which cause each other so much pain; develop communication skills; cope with and build their relationships after a breach of trust or an affair. I help remarried couples as they work to build healthy step-families.
