I am accepting new clients in person and on telehealth. Life is not easy and you have made the step to seek out help, and for that you are courageous. My name is Cara and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people in many stages of life. I look forward to cultivating a safe space so that I can best assist you in making steps towards your therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, loss, trauma, addiction, family conflicts, life transitions, identity struggles and so much more. I am very passionate about working with women navigating motherhood and have training in perinatal mood disorders. You deserve to feel better and you will!
