Parents often come to me when they notice that their child has become disengaged or frozen. With school pressure, family system changes, uncertainty with peers, and the exposure of fearful media, it makes sense to me why your child may be feeling overwhelmed. I work with children through young adulthood, providing trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non judgmental. I help my clients explore their inner worlds with curiosity and care, rather than shame.
