I love working with adults and teens in Maryland who are living with the lingering effects of trauma, stress, or attachment wounds. They are often high functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside, struggling to feel safe in their own bodies or trust in their relationships. These are the people who show up for everyone else but rarely feel seen or supported themselves. They are drawn to me because my energy feels safe, strong, and human. Therapy with me feels like talking to someone who truly gets it.
