Maybe you once were the girl who could get it all done, achieved the most, and could knock out the never ending to-do list but now you struggle to think straight, get out of bed, and don't even know who you are any more. I get it and I see you. As a therapist, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where women can slow down, processes the weight of the world on their shoulders and reconnect with their truest selves. I can be your soft voice of reason, biggest cheerleader, or the one who challenges your inner critic. I take an individualized, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based interventions through a person-centered lens. My goal is to tailor each session to meet your unique needs & help you move forward with clarity & confidence.
