Carmen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, terminal illness and grief. Although very often, it is moments of crisis that lead to treatment, Carmen has always held the belief that a person does not have to be in distress in order to embark on a journey of self discovery or seek the quality of life everyone deserves.
