Are you dealing with trauma, anxiety, addiction, stress, grief, or loss? Do you want peace of mind and to enjoy success? I help individuals realign with their integrity and strength to make the changes they want. Using Eastern and Western techniques I help clients 're-story' traumas and anxieties that allow them to achieve their goals. As an ordained Buddhist priest and former Chaplain, I also offer spiritual counseling. My experience training/counseling prisoners in the United States and Indonesia taught me how often we imprison ourselves with our own emotions.
