Asking for help to navigate life’s many varied challenges is a wise and courageous step toward becoming the person you want to be. Good therapy can be a beautiful way to step into your power and potential. I work with clients on trauma healing and building coping mechanisms for PTSD, depression, anxiety and more. I will work with you to explore how early experiences may have shaped you, and help you choose new ways of seeing and interacting with yourself and the world. I believe every individual has the ability to heal and evolve.
