Caroline focuses on the impact of life's later chapters when working with seniors, their adult children, and caregivers. She works with clients 18 and over to recognize and develop personal strengths, process grief, navigate life's twists and turns, and provide support in healing generational wounds. Caroline works with individuals, couples and families to address, conflict, anxiety, depression, sleep disruption, neurodivergence, healthcare hurdles, long-standing mental health challenges, or new symptoms. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, comfort, kindness, and clarity.
