I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, license number LMFT99930. I have owned and operated my private practice since 2018. I believe in providing a safe, comfortable, professional environment where individuals, couples, families, and children can come to work on issues that are interfering with their lives. I began working with children using play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. As my work has developed, I now include mindfulness-based, narrative, and humanistic approaches.
