Life often feels messy and complicated and we can get stuck in the same thought patterns, interpersonal conflicts, or ways of seeing the world that keep us from living as our best selves. My goal is to support clients in managing their stressors and building skills to show up in the world that feels authentic to them. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space for clients to do the work of finding their own voice, processing through their struggles and issues, identifying and using coping skills, and showing up in relationships in an authentic way.
