I am a trauma-informed somatic therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families, bringing a deep understanding of relational dynamics alongside compassionate listening, genuine curiosity, and attunement to the body and nervous system. When life feels hard, our relationships are often the first place we notice the impact. I believe we all have the capacity for meaningful change, even when we feel stuck, and that healing happens best when we don’t have to do it alone.
