About
Are you struggling and ready for a change? Loads of information coming at our nervous systems on a regular basis often leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, angry and hopeless. When our brains and bodies are out of whack, they signal us that we need help by making it hard to ignore. We have aches, pains, and defenses that prevent us from thriving. Together, we will explore your lived experience to find what has made meaning for you, and what you feel needs shifting. You may have trauma, relationship challenges, low self worth, or mounting stress. Or you may be seeking support for your child's moods, behaviors, or both. With a person-centered approach, I invite my clients to unfold surrounded by safety and acceptance. Alongside talk, I offer guided somatic processing and regulation, mindfulness, expressive art, play, and sand tray. I work with children of all ages, as well as adults. I resonate well with the highly sensitives, empaths, and those with neurodivergent traits.
