Are you looking for a new way to approach your mental health? Through creative and somatic practices and nervous system awareness I focus on getting to the root, building resilience, changing thought patterns, expressing emotions, and building a stronger relationship with all parts of self. Therapy provides a safe place with containment for you to better understand who you are, what your purpose is, and how you can live it out daily. I enjoy helping people experience healing and joy through art therapy. I am happy to integrate Christian beliefs and natural/crunchy lifestyles into therapy.
