Taking a step to begin therapy shows courage, and I'm here to support you in that process! Providing Therapy and Behavioral Sleep Medicine for adults in KS and MO, I support folks navigating Stress and Trauma from relationships, Chronic Health conditions, healthcare systems, family systems, and life. I also treat Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and anger/emotional issues. I offer front line Behavioral Sleep Medicine for Clinical Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, CPAP/BIPAP adherence and other sleep difficulties. We can start right as you are, and grow your self-compassion, insight, and coping skills that lead to liberating change! My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a client-centered, strengths-based philosophy delivered in a safe, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space. Together we will explore not, "what is wrong with you," but, "what has happened to you." You will experience a judgement-free space for understanding, healing, and personal growth!
