I work with clients who want change and who want to better understand and feel better about themselves. Over the years, I have worked with children 12 and up, adolescents, young adults, seniors, couples, and parents. I have experience working with people who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, self harm and suicidality, chronic pain, grief, eco-anxiety, life transitions, and who are in recovery from addiction. I love working with people who have been marginalized due to being outside of societal norms.
