Are the relationships in your life feeling stagnant, or at a crossroads, and you need help finding and implementing a way forward? I help individuals and couples work through unhealthy patterns so they can have more fullfilling relationships. And when necessary, I help people work through separation, divorce, and coparenting. My counseling background includes working with adults who are dealing with marital/relationship conflict, parenting/co-parenting issues, divorce, sexuality, anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with neurodivergent issues. Divorced mom group and intensive available. Email/call for details. I use a holistic approach, as well as a Solution Focused Therapy approach, which focuses on self reflection and solution seeking for current problem areas. We will also access enneagram personality information to inform areas of maladaptive behavior. Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are often used as well related to trauma and false beliefs.
