I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping people across the lifespan gain the skills to live a meaningful life true to their values. My work is strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. While I most often utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities, I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals and will work with you to create a treatment plan that best meets your needs. I’m passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and other marginalized communities.
