I help individuals and couples uncover what truly matters to them and explore the patterns that keep them stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or worrying how others see them. Together, we shift perspectives so you can find more ways to accept yourself and strengthen your connection with others. With individuals, this often means discovering the roots of emotional pain, noticing self-criticism, and learning to meet those tender parts with compassion. With couples, we work to explore, understand, and communicate underlying emotions in order to move past those recurring fights and increase closeness and intimacy in the relationship.
