Beginning therapy can be a daunting step. It's natural to be unsure about what to anticipate or whether it will be beneficial. You may worry about being overcome by difficult emotions during sessions. I specialize in anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, bipolar disorder, addictions, anger management, ADHD, and more. I work with adults, teens, and older adults. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. I have availability on my schedule and would love to help you understand the process so you can feel comfortable in our work together. Our practice currently has no waitlist.
